These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of growxlab.in and the GrowX managed pool operated by GROWX FZC LLC, a company established in the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or depositing funds you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure.

Licence and regulator details for GROWX FZC LLC will be published on this website once confirmed. No licence number is shown until it is officially published, and you should not rely on any third-party statement about our licence.

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into a binding agreement, and allowed by the laws of your country to invest in this type of product. You must use your own funds, not funds belonging to anyone else, and the information you give us must be true and up to date.

We may refuse, suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these conditions are not met or where required by law.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

Funds you deposit are pooled with funds of other investors and held and traded by GROWX FZC LLC. Pooled capital is traded on a trading account held by GROWX FZC LLC with a third-party broker (currently Exness) using the GrowX FT strategy. You do not have an account in your own name with the broker, and you do not give trading instructions.

Your entitlement is recorded in your GrowX ledger. Your share of the pool at any time equals your ledger balance divided by the pool capital. GROWX FZC LLC decides on trading, risk settings and position sizes at its discretion.

The profit or loss of each closed trade is allocated to investors pro-rata to their share of the pool at the time the trade closes.

Profitable trade: you are credited with your share of the profit less a performance fee of 30% of that share. Losing trade: there is no fee, and your share of the loss is deducted from your balance in full. Losses are not refunded and are not netted against later fees.

The 30% fee is calculated separately for each profitable closed trade. We may change the fee only with prior notice in your dashboard or by email; changes do not apply to trades already closed.

Deposits are accepted in USDT only, on the network and to the company address shown in your dashboard. After sending, you must submit the transaction hash. A GrowX administrator verifies the transaction on the blockchain and approves it; only then is the amount credited to your ledger. Deposits are not credited automatically.

Sending to the wrong address or network, or sending another asset, may result in permanent loss. We will try to help but cannot guarantee recovery. We may reject a deposit that cannot be verified or that we reasonably believe is linked to fraud or unlawful activity, and may return it to the sending address, less network fees.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time from your dashboard. Each request is reviewed and approved by an administrator and paid manually in USDT to the address you provide. The payout transaction hash is shown in your dashboard once paid.

We aim to pay approved withdrawals within one hour of the request. This is a target, not a guarantee: verification checks, open positions, broker transfer times, network congestion or market closures may cause delays. Your balance may change between your request and the payout if trades close in the meantime. Network fees may be deducted from the amount paid.

Every movement of money (deposit credit, transfer to or from the broker, and withdrawal payout) is carried out manually by authorised GrowX staff and recorded in an audit log. The GrowX platform does not send crypto automatically.

GrowX does not provide personal investment, tax or legal advice. Nothing on the website is a promise of profit. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Please read our Risk Disclosure before depositing.

You must not misuse the website, attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems, submit false transaction hashes, or use GrowX for money laundering, fraud or any unlawful purpose.

The website, the GrowX FT strategy, software, branding and content belong to GROWX FZC LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.

To the extent permitted by law, GROWX FZC LLC is not liable for trading losses allocated to you under these Terms, for losses caused by third parties (including the broker, wallet providers or blockchain networks), for delays outside our reasonable control, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

You may close your account at any time by withdrawing your available balance and asking us to close it. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or where required by law, and will pay out any remaining available balance after any required checks.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be subject to the courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version. We will notify you of material changes in your dashboard or by email before they take effect.
